I'm waking up cold, it's dark outside at 6pm. It's definitely beginning to feel like Autumn and I hope that we're just having a spell of bad weather before it really comes. But I can't help but think that this is it, the end of a short, cold, and wet English summer of drizzle and wind. The summer clothes I didn't get to wear this year can hibernate somewhere in the wardrobe, as it's time for something a little warmer. Velvet is one of my favourite warmer fabrics, and almost always black.

Charlotte Olympia is one of my absolute favorite footwear (and accessories) designers, each season she magically produces perfect leopard print sky high's amongst her collection.  THERE ARE METALLIC LEOPARDS ON THE SHOES AND THEY HAVE SPARKLY EYES!  It would be rude to ask for more, down right rude.  The perspex clutch has a golden spider to guard the entrance and three special pouches that come with it to put inside, bag in a bag in a bag in a bagin a bag in a bag in a bagin a bag in a bag in a bagin a bag in a bag in a bagin a bag in a bag in a bagin a bag in a bag in a bag.  The campaign video showcases the autumn winter collection with 1940's styling with a dark, fashionably fetish twist.

Slinky skin tight tiger all covered up dress from topshop.com is a complete bargain, £29 for a delicious slice of printed fur, yes please.  I'd like to wear it with the foxy wang bunnies (see below), a tail, and growl gently while sipping a creamy cocktail.

Tippety-top:  Alexander Wang foxy furry capey sandals, followed by a dose of marabou feather mules for doing it on the cheep, although these might earn you a few pervert stares.  BUNNIES would make delicious slippers.  We would never put bunny faces on our feet, would we?  Although I'd love to see the foxy wang's with ears attatched...I'll keep dreaming and pray that the RSPCA don't come knocking on my door....

Rachel Boston's jewellery is magical, and was my favourite work exhibited in the Central Saint Martins BA Jewellery graduate show, sadly the last one to be held at Southampton Row.  The last image is a ring with real beetle wings, the colours were really really incredible in real life, and the photo doesn't give it enough credit.  She has a blog and online shop, here and here.
